The Neo-Cobral Base was a bunker located a short distance west of the city Narmle on Naboo's swamp moon of Rori during the time of the Galactic Civil War. The base was controlled by a gang of smugglers known as the Neo-Cobral. Sometime following the Battle of Yavin in 0 BBY, Lieutenant Orden Tarc of the Royal Naboo Security Forces tasked a spacer with killing Cobrals until one of them gave up information pertaining to an Aqualish criminal by the name of Ponda Baba.
