Imperial Quartermasters are NPCs encountered in Imperial camps throughout Skyrim. Like their Stormcloak counterparts, they tend to wounded and sick soldiers. If the Dragonborn is a Stormcloak, and they intimidate the soldiers at the camp, they will become hostile. They may wield any number of leveled one-handed weapons.
