Beasts need to be tamed. Throughout the centuries mankind have tamed beasts in order to gain something. Since the birth of ninjutsu, shinobi have developed techniques in order to successfully tame their foes without having to kill them. While ninjutsu is not known for such a skill, Fūinjutsu has proven time and time again that when something needs to be done quickly and effectively, it is the correct card to play. Because of this fact, many have developed various seals in order to temporarily restrain their targets. The Uzumaki Clan were known for their many seals including these. The current leader, Shenron Uzumaki, developed this seal stating that it is the pinnacle of restraint, capable of withholding any target.
