An unnamed male member of Foundation X utilizes a Zodiarts Switch to transform into a copy of the Orion Zodiarts (オリオン・ゾディアーツ Orion Zodiātsu). He was one of several Foundation X's Zodiarts sent to defeat the gathered Heisei Riders. He is defeated by Kamen Rider Double CycloneJoker's Joker Extreme Maximum Drive.
