Catwoman sees that there is a riot that looks a bunch of zombies. The moment she gets near the riot, they start attacking. Batman, also situated with Commissioner Gordon, wonders who orchestrating this riot. After investigating, they find that the riot are just a bunch of Two-Face's thugs. They apprehended Two-Face, after Batman beats him up and his thugs.
