No. Senna was a movie-only character created for the Bleach movie "Memories of Nobody". Although Ichigo was shown to miss her presence towards the end of the first movie, she has never been mentioned again and it is highly unlikely she ever will be brought up. Usually characters that are created soley for an anime movie rarely have appearances in the original series.
