The state flag of the republic of Khakassia is a rectangle consisting of four stripes. Three equal horizontal stripes are arranged in this order: blue (top), white, and red. The fourth vertical stripe, green, is located at the hoist side and joins the horizontal stripes. In the middle of the gren stripe there is a golden solar sign (symbol of the universe).
