Ikabari Province is an area of Japan that appeared in Sonic the Comic. Somewhere in this region lived the Neo Zeed, a powerful organisation and arch-enemies of Joe Musashi. One particular branch of the Neo Zeed lived within a pagoda, which was where the Shinobi was tricked into going, hoping to find his partner, Naoko. The province is a mis-spelling of the first level in The Revenge of Shinobi, namely the "Ibaraki Province".
