GLA commanders may purchase Armour-Piercing Bullets from Black Markets for $2000. This upgrade affects all GLA Rebels, Quad Cannons, Jarmen Kell, and Technicals in combat, causing them to deal more damage. Units with AP bullet deal 25% more damage than otherwise.
