WHEREAS This ANGLO-ARCHLUETAN NAVAL AGREEMENT between His Majesty's Government in the United Kingdom and the Government/Regimes of the Archluetan Reichs and its Territories, is for the Subject of Naval Limiations between the Two Countries as May be Agreed in the following Provisions: ARTICLE FIRST That, the Archluetan Reich limit its Naval Size from Two Hundred Thousand Sailors to Ninety Five Thousand Sailors and such matters the Mritish Royal Navies will limit its from Four Hundred Thousand Sailors to One Hundred Thousand Sailors.
