Cesare (Hail Cesare) Maniago (Born January 13, 1939 in Trail, British Columbia) was a National Hockey League goaltender, most notably for the Minnesota North Stars, for whom he remains the 2nd all-time leader in games played in goal. Maniago played junior hockey with the St. Michaels College Majors and then moved up to the senior Kitchener-Waterloo Dutchmen of the Ontario Hockey Association. He was picked up by the Chatham Maroons for the 1959-60 Allan Cup Final where he, ironically, beat his hometown Trail Smoke Eaters,
