Brad Williams, as he appears at the start of "Nikki Heat". Williams was a man on a severe losing streak, having broken up with his girlfriend, Stacey Collins, in a fit of misplaced rage, and then finding himself number one with a bullet on the cops' suspect list when Stacey turns up dead. All accounts have Brad as man capable of the crime passionel, but the testimony of a diner waitress also puts him elsewhere at the time, so he alibis out.
