Alicia Marie Sacramone was born on December 3, 1987 in Boston, Massachusetts. Sacramone was a member of the 2008 USA women's artistic gymnastics team. Sacramone won a silver medal in the team competition and was voted the teams captain. Sacramone is the most decorated US female gymnast at the world championships winning ten medals. Sacramone attempted to make the 2012 Olympic team but was not selected as a member.
