Absolutely NOT! Kaien was married for crying out loud! MARRIED and to a woman that Rukia looked upto as an example of what a female shinigami should be. Rukia wanted to emulated Kaien's wife in her professional career. Only feeling Rukia had in regards to Kaien is that she respected and looked upto him as a mentor. That's all!
