Martin Hernández is a Mexican-American sound editor. During college, Martin worked in radio and found that he loved sound so much that he made the decision to leave college when he was 20 to chase his dreams as a Sound Editor in the film industry travelling between Los Angeles and Mexico for the past 14 years. In his ten plus years in the industry, Martin has been nominated for two BAFTAs for Babel (2006) and Pan’s Labyrinth (2006) and three Golden Reel Awards. Other notable films to his credit include, City of God (2003), 21 Grams (2003), Into the Wild (2007), Hellboy II: The Golden Army (2008), and Biutiful (2010).
