All Exalts may freely use reflexive charms without a combo, however using more than one charm without allowing one's DV to refresh forces an expenditure of a single willpower. Lunars use solar experience costs for essence and charms. Knacks are discounted equivilently to charms. Abilities and attributes are puchased at a flat cost: 4 experience for unfavored abilities and 3 for favored. 8 xp for unfavored attribute dots and 6 for favored.
