You need the Foundry Key in order to get past the locked door that is right beyond the dungeon drop. In this dungeon you will find the Ancient Pyreal Dagger which is needed as part of the Hamud's Pyreal Katar Quest. This might be one of the POIs indicated on the Ingame Map.
