Turkana was a star and an associated system located around 50 light-years from the Federation-Cardassian Demilitarized Zone, in the galaxy's Alpha Quadrant. Turkana was a K type orange star. Its system had seven planets in orbit. The fourth planet, Turkana IV, also called New Paris, was a class M world and the site of a failed Human colony. (Decipher RPG module: Worlds)
