The Secretary for Foreign Affairs was a People's Republic of Haven military cabinet position under the DuQuesne Plan government. The Secretary was the head diplomat for the People's Republic, and supposed to be an expert on the various political states of the neighboring nations. It was later replaced by the position of Secretary of State following the restoration of the Republic of Haven. In 1900 PD, Ronald Bergren was the Secretary for Foreign Affairs under Hereditary President Harris. (HH1)
