Hisani Sane (50 BBY) was a Jedi General during the time of the Clone Wars. She was thrust into the position of command despite her youth and inexperience, much to the chagrin of her second in command Reng Kasr. Hisani proved a quick learner, however, and following Kasr's example she matured into a sound tactician though her philosophy towards war would always prove to be a point of contention between the two. Hisani refused to sacrifice the lives of her clones needlessly if at all. The Jedi preached detachment as a way of life and yet despite being a Jedi Master Hisani would always take unnecessary risks to save lives. Fortunately, despite their differences the two of them managed to work together and achieve vital victories that changed the course of the war.
