Fleet Master Lok 'Ithomee was a high ranking member of the Covenant military, and was the Master of the Second Overseeing Fleet of Luminous Glory. A prominent figure in the Covenant's genocidal campaign against the human race, 'Ithomee was known to be responsible for the destruction of colonies such as Circinius IV, Hat Yai, and Asmara.
