Fuhen Fuyutama (不変冬魂, Everlasting Winter Spirit) is an anti-hero originating from the infamous Fuyutama Clan. Serving as a Jonin-ranked shinobi from the Hidden Canyon Village, more suitably called Kyoukokugakure. Strangely, Fuhen is gifted with the ability to create and manipulate ice through the combination of his chakra and multiple liquids, enabling the utilization of Ice Release without pre-existing snow or Kekkei Genkai bloodline. Due to this bestowed gift, he has obtained several monikers revolving around his abilities such as Emperor Of Ice (氷の皇帝, Kōri no kōtei). A prominent member of the Fuyutama clan has also given him the moniker of the Heir of the Winter Spirits (冬の精霊の相続人, Fuyu no seirei no sōzoku-jin).
