Ryn was a Rutian Twi'lek female who lived during the Cold War the Sith Empire and the Galactic Republic. Near the end of the Cold War, Ryn worked on the Republic aligned planet of Ord Mantell in the Bright Jewel system of the Mid Rim,The Essential Guide to Planets and Moons. On Ord Mantell, she worked in the Avilatan's Rest Cantina built within the Republic Army's stronghold, Fort Garnik. Her job consisted of selling jukebox tokens to allow customers to select music to be played. she worked with at least one other Twi'lek behind the cantina's bar.
