This enemy fires a slow-moving shock mine that can home into characters. Like all other mine attacks, the attack only becomes active after a short period. As the mine travels slowly, it is possible to dodge it by dragging characters away just before they become active, as the mine will activate and disappear before it has time to home into characters again.
