Blue Fire Grenades (青火擲弾, Aobitekidan) are a special type of explosive utilized by the Hunter-nin of Kirigakure. The grenade itself consists of a canister filled with Blue Fire Powder with a second, separate chamber filled with water. After pulling the pin, the water will flood the powder chamber after ten seconds, causing a large explosion, making this tool useful for when a Hunter-nin is severely outnumbered or needs to cause a large amount of damage.
