Fook was a member of the Screaming Skulls in 2505. When the Skulls took over the Apollo Shipyards at Grissom IV, Fook was part of the crew. When the War Pigs arrived at the station, they were captured by the Screaming Skulls. Fook, along with Judge and Whelan, were sent with a repair crew to capture their ship, the General Lee. However, he was killed by a stim-crazed Romy Pyrius, who was still aboard the ship.
