Is prepared to teach the next lecture. Answers all the questions... and actually knows what is going on. Doesn't like Microsoft (very important for Operating Systems lecturer). Knows the history of the field as well as its current status. Deals with problems greatly (room is "strange"). Engages students, but is not "controlling".
