Charlotte d'Albret (1480 – 11 March 1514), Dâme de Châlus and Duchess of Valentinois, was a wealthy French noblewoman who lived in Rome during its liberation. She was also the wife of Pope Alexander VI's son, Cesare Borgia, and together they had a daughter. However, when Cesare became infected with the French disease, Charlotte and her daughter left Cesare.
