Keiko Utsumi is a Japanese voice actress. She is also credited under the name Keiko Awajiya (淡路谷（あわじや） 慶子（けいこ）). She plays various minor characters in Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's. Among them are Kate, Yeager's mother (Lazar's mother), Patty and Ginga's mother.
