Never seen naruto turn into kyubi. He used a transformation technique with that frog & converted into kyubi but he is unable to control the chakra of 9 tails. Kyubi took over naruto during pain invasion and naruto turned to 8 tails but he was stopped by his father from turning into 9 tails.
