The 1965 Daytona 500 Qualifier #2 was a Grand National (now Nextel Cup) event held at Daytona International Speedway on February 12, 1965. Junior Johnson won from the pole in dominating fashion, leading 24 of the 40 laps in route to a one-carlength victory on Fred Lorenzen.
