King Zora XVI is the ruler of the Zora race. He is much larger than most Zoras, and always is seating upon his throne. His first, and only two appearances were in The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, and The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Ages. In OOT his daughter, Princess Ruto goes missing, and Link goes to find her. Once Link returns as an adult, he will find King Zora frozen in red ice. If Link thaws him out, he will be rewarded with the Blue Tunic, and if Link buys the Blue Tunic before thawing him out, he will offer a kiss instead of the tunic. In OOA link needs his permision to enter a dungon that is a sacred fish to the zoras.
