[Source] The GBp-629 hyperdrive was a hyperdrive unit that was manufactured and produced by Incom Corporation. It was installed on the second 'B' model of the Helix-class light interceptor, which was built by Arakyd Industries, in order to make the Helix faster at hyperspace speeds. Other than hyperdrive performance specifications and minor configuration options, the GBp-629 was virtually identical to the GBp-625 hyperdrive.
