Deborah Klein, who joined The Firm in 2004, was named General Manager of the new label. Firm Music also has a deal with EMI Music to be their record distributor in the U.S. First to sign were multi-platinum artist and actress, Mandy Moore and rock band, Army of Anyone. In 2007, pop duo Savvy and Mandy and heavy metal band Five Finger Death Punch joined onto the label.
