Aldar Durrant is the most senior clergyman of Kaad, a priest of Hamaskis and a man of immense learning - most of it absolutely useless. He is one of the most respected inhabitants of Kaad and is usually to be found either in the temple library or talking with Habul Morgent, the city's mayor.
