The Supreme Court of Greater Germania (German: Oberster Gerichtshof der Großgermania) is the highest judicial body in Großgermania, the primary court in the judiciary of Großgermania, and the only judicial body protected by the Constitution. It has the authority to create and destroy all inferior courts. It consists of five members of equal rank, who are appointed by the Reichstag with the approval of the Emperor, currently Michael von Preußen. Once appointed, the Supreme Justices effectively have life tenure, which terminates only upon death, resignation, or recall by either the Reichstag or the Emperor.
