Those are completely unrelated things. Chads Fullbring had not been completed. Xcution's members have augmented their own Fullbring with Ichigo's. They have shown no indication that they can (nor need or desire to) use the lesser form of their Fullbring - they have been in battle since the moment they got their powers enhanced.
