The Boss Island Correctional Rehabilitation Facility was a private corporation-run prison off the coast of Los Angeles. Owned by Correctional Services, the prison was the largest of it's kind. However, Correctional Services was merely a cover corporation by the Umbrella Corporation to gather test subjects at a certain area for testing.
