In Linkara's review of Star Trek #2, Iron Liz was sent to an alternate universe by a raging ion storm. In this universe however, Linkara is evil and Dr. Insano (played by Lewis Lovhaug) is good. He appeared at the end of the review and stunned Linkara and helped transport Liz back to her own dimension, but not before Liz could inspire Insano to take control of Linkara's spaceship with the help of an alternate version of pollo and save the earth from Linkara's tyranny with Insano responding that he'll think about it. Dr. Insano wears a white ensemble under a lab coat and wears white framed spiral patterned goggles, also he has a gold mustache and beard.
