Kyril von Flieder(January 10, 2542) born Kyril von Strauss, was the son of Augusta, Archduchess of Hulstria, and Konsort III von Strauss. Through his mother he was the grandson of Ferdinand I of Hulstria and the nephew of Klemens II of Hulstria. Following his baptism into the Terran Lutheran Church, his uncle styled him Duke of Flieder. Kyril attended several boardig schools in both Greater Hulstria and Luthor. He then attended the Military Academy in Greifßtein and upon his completion of his officer school, his uncle appointed him as a field marshal, a highly controversial move by the Kaiser. Kyril however proved his uncle's faith dispite his age, when in 2562 he was appointed head of the KHP task force in the War of Luthori Succession. He then went on to command the newly arrived Hulstri
