Little is known about the being other than the fact that he dwells in the ocean and has the ability to open dimensional portals with his laser vision. The Octopus Baby Entity is related to the Lamb Baby Entity, Skunk Baby Entity, Cymbal Monkey Adult Entity, and Rhino Baby Entity, though exactly how he is related to them is unknown.
