The Robo-Locator was a device used by Knothole Freedom Fighters to find Dr. Ivo Robotnik. It was used only once to locate Dr. Robotnik, who was intending to make a special speech in the Casino Night Zone in his own casino, Renobotnik. (StH: #2) It has not been seen or heard of since.
