Madame Trilbee is a human character that appears in the cartoon show episode "Sleepwalking Smurfs". She is a sorceress who outrightly despises Gargamel and refuses to have anything to do with him until he presents her with a cut-glass ruby that he claims is real. Believing Gargamel's claims, Trilbee offered him her magic flute that would enable the wizard to control the Smurfs in their sleep. Though Gargamel did get the Smurfs to sleepwalk when he first played the flute, he was unable to find their village when he stopped playing it and accused Madame Trilbee of being a swindler.
