Dabbler is a Smurf character who has difficulty sticking to one thing or another as his primary vocation, always fascinated by whatever another Smurf's vocation happens to strike his fancy. In the episode "Calling Dr. Smurf ", he becomes Doctor Smurf when Papa Smurf leaves the Smurf Village to visit Homnibus, but at the end of the episode he abandons this vocation to pursue something else. His character was voiced by Frank Welker.
