George Waxler is a psychologist. Scott Carey is sitting in Dr. George Waxler’s office talking about his psychic ability that started about a year ago. He discovered that when he touches something, he can electrocute it if he wants. Dr. Waxler looks down at his notes in disbelief. Scott offers to shake his hand to prove him wrong, but Dr. Waxler refuses to shake hands with him.
