The Wind Release: Dust Movement Technique (風遁・塵動の術, Fūton: Jindō no Jutsu) is a technique developed by Haigara Sarutobi as a medium to provide him a further advantage in battle without having to expend senseless levels of chakra. By manipulating the surrounding air to propel dust and other particulate matter from the ground, Haigara may utilize it to direct the flow of the particulate matter to a desired location. Due to Haigara's extreme chakra control, the quantity and direction of the wind manipulated is enough for him to appear as though he is manipulating the individual particles, though this is far from the truth.
