The Longest Thread Ever, or LTE as it has come to be known, was originally started by Yagwmoth's Messenger as a Valentine's Day thread. Eventually, the thread outgrew its original purpose and turned into an OOC RPG, run by Song Ryeske. The Longest Thread Ever flourished and soon lived up to its name, becoming the longest running thread on the AoM Board. At this time, the thread is 4198 pages long and contains 41,974 posts. On November 10, 2006, the thread was closed due to a request from Yawgmoth's Messenger.
