Charlie Dilson is a character in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City. Dilson is a member of an European gang who, along with his fellow gang members, is planning to rob a bank in Vice City, and prior to the event he is riding PCJ 600 around Washington Beach. Tommy Vercetti is employed by Mr. Black to kill Dilson and his fellow gang members.
