Tollydiggle is a woman who lives in the Emerald City. She serves as the jailer of the only prison in the Land of Oz. The prison is an elegant place, and Tollydiggle is a caring and compassionate jailer. In the original series, she's only shown caring for one prisoner: Ojo the Unlucky. She cooked him a delicious meal of mutton-chops with gravy, and read him a story after dinner. In addition to her work, she also sews fancy needlework. (The Patchwork Girl of Oz)
