Maki Isamu (巻勇, Maki Isamu) is an ally of the Black Hair Pirates, he was a human that was turn into a Cyborg as a kid making his arms able to transform into swords. Thanks to the cybernetic changes which he has he has become a powerful swordsman who fought many times against Katsu Ueda.
